Without faxing I do not know how else I would have built my lunch business.  Word of mouth is great but how do you get people to start talking about your place unless you get them to try your food.  That is how LBS helped me.  From the very first day my lunches started off good and turned into great with the occasional ok.  Be patient and keep the faxes going.  Consumers are creatures of habit.  Stay in there face it will work for you.  Let Lisa do her thing and create your specials.  Do not try to micro manage it.  That’s not to say never change anything.  This is a partner ship between you and LBS.  Together you will build your lunch business and find out what your customer is looking for.  You will see the companies that order from you for lunch will start to ask about catering and eventually will visit you for dinner and the word a mouth will go from there.  Give the customer great food and reasonable prices and they will frequent your establishment.  I can tell you both my restaurants did not do anything for lunch and lunch is a big part of my business now with LBS help.
